This contract will be signed by both parties at the tome of purchase and will act as a binding agreement between purchaser and seller and is nontransferable. (You will be given a signed copy to use as a receipt for your records.) Smaller puppies may have to stay an additional week or two before going to their new home. If at any time we feel a puppy is too small or "not a good fit", we reserve the right to refuse sale and a full refund will be given.
***Be sure to research and select a veterinarian ahead of time. A good relationship with your puppy's veterinarian is very important. Select one that has after hour services and testing on site. Please do not rely on emergency clinics!! They can be extremely expensive and will be unfamiliar with your new baby.
